Anointing Oil Mediation Practice
Place a drop of anointing oil in the palm of your hand. Press your palms together, then bring them up to your face and take four deep breaths. Feel the plant's vital life force move through your energy centers and field. Anoint your cosmic core. Breathe this transforming scent into your belly and luminous body. Allow it to cleanse, clear and remove any dense and undigested energies. Open your cosmic core, embodying your solar presence. The color of this oil is golden like honey and full of incandescence. It ripples through us shining the light into the darkness, and undigested energies within our body/being. As it transmutes these undigested energies we become transformed, more resilient, present and lighter. We leave behind the vestiges of the past, clearing our cosmic umbilicus for the ancient ones, yourself, future generations and our Beloved Pachamama.
